Veda's organisational diagnostic

The Veda 5P Framework.

A structured way to understand how people, performance, purpose, principles and progress work together across an organisation.

Five dimensions. One organisational picture.

The framework prevents people initiatives that ignore performance, performance drives that ignore purpose, and sustainability commitments that ignore governance. These five dimensions and descriptions follow the existing Veda corporate profile.

How the assessment works

The Veda 5P Organisational Sustainability Assessment examines 20 sub-dimensions using organisational data, document review, leadership interviews and employee input. It helps a leadership team understand where the organisation stands and what to address, in what order.

Build an evidence base

Review available organisational data and documents, and gather leadership and employee perspectives.

Assess across the 5Ps

Consider the organisation across the 20 sub-dimensions within the five established areas.

Identify priorities

Make strengths, gaps and practical next steps visible to the leadership team.

What clients receive

A structured view of organisational maturity and a prioritised direction for improvement, grounded in the evidence gathered through the assessment.

Using the framework to strengthen progress

The assessment brings together indicators already reflected in the framework—including capability and wellbeing, execution and business outcomes, social impact, accountability and sustainability. Organisations can use this integrated view to focus decisions and improvement efforts across their system.

Understand where you are—and what to strengthen next.
